Welcome to ParaWheel, a product owned and operated by ParaWheel, a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at B-109, B Block, Kondapur X Roads, Hyderabad. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile and web application (the "Platform") for purchasing analytical reports, survey insights, and data-driven publications.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Platform.

1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & OTP AUTHENTICATION

To access the Platform and make purchases, users are required to register using a valid mobile number. Authentication is completed through a One-Time Password (OTP) sent via SMS.

For convenience, the Platform may request the following permissions:

• SMS Access: To automatically detect and enter the OTP for faster login.
• Contacts Access (if applicable): To allow users to invite friends or share feedback via phonebook access. This permission is optional and not mandatory for core app functionality.

You may deny access to these permissions at any time via your device settings. Manual OTP entry will still be supported.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Platform offers paid access to digital political, market, and consumer insight reports, created through proprietary research, data analysis, and on-ground surveys.

These reports are:

• Delivered digitally within the app interface
• Accessible only to the registered user who made the purchase
• Intended solely for internal, informational, or academic use

3. REPORT ACCESS AND RESTRICTIONS

Upon successful payment:

• The report will be made available in view-only mode within the app
• Downloading, screenshotting, sharing, or printing the report is strictly prohibited
• Reports are non-transferable and licensed only for individual consumption

Any attempt to share, resell, redistribute, copy, or extract data from the content constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.

4. PAYMENTS & BILLING

We use the PayU Payment Gateway to securely process transactions. All payments are made in INR (₹), and by completing a purchase, you agree to PayU's terms in addition to ours.

Key Payment Policies:

• All sales are final and non-refundable, except in the event of a duplicate transaction or payment gateway error.
• No recurring billing or subscriptions are currently offered.
• Pricing is subject to change without notice.

5. USER CONDUCT

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

• Share login credentials or impersonate another individual
• Use bots, scripts, or scraping tools to access or download content
• Circumvent or attempt to disable content protections
• Harass or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or purchased materials

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, including text, charts, audio, visuals, and branding, is the sole and exclusive property of ParaWheel. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the reports you have purchased.

You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy the reports
• Modify or create derivative works
• Share or commercialize the content in any form

We reserve the right to take legal action to protect our intellectual property.

7. PRIVACY & DATA USAGE

We respect your privacy. The information collected (e.g., mobile number, OTP verification, device ID) is used only to:

• Authenticate your login
• Facilitate transactions
• Provide customer support
• Prevent fraud and maintain data security

We do not sell, rent, or misuse your personal data. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

Our payment processing is handled by PayU. By using our Platform, you acknowledge and agree to their terms and privacy practices.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• You misuse or illegally distribute content
• You interfere with the integrity or security of the Platform

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report
• The suitability of reports for specific decision-making
• The uninterrupted availability of the Platform

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParaWheel shall not be liable for any:

• Direct or indirect loss
• Business disruption
• Personal decision-making based on the content
• Inability to access purchased materials due to internet or technical issues

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
