Return & Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the ParaWheel mobile and web platform, owned and operated by ParaWheel ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing digital content from us, you agree to this policy.
1. NO PHYSICAL SHIPMENTS
All products offered on the Platform are digital-only research reports or content delivered electronically. There is no physical delivery involved.
2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the digital nature of the content and the immediate access provided after purchase, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. Once a report is successfully purchased and made accessible within the app, no cancellation or refund request will be entertained, including but not limited to:
- Accidental purchases
- Lack of usefulness or dissatisfaction with the content
- Purchase made by mistake
- No longer needing the report
- Issues unrelated to content delivery (e.g., device compatibility)
3. EXCEPTIONS TO NON-REFUNDABILITY
Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
a. Duplicate Transactions
If you are charged more than once for the same report due to a payment gateway error.
b. Technical Delivery Failure
If you made a successful payment, but the report did not become accessible in your app account within 1 hour of transaction confirmation — and our support team cannot restore access.
4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund under valid circumstances:
- Email us at support@kksurveys.com
- Subject: Refund Request – [Transaction ID]
- Include the following:
- Your registered mobile number
- Report name
- Payment reference number from PayU
- Description of the issue
We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.
5. NO CHARGEBACKS OR REVERSALS
Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your bank or payment gateway without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy and may result in permanent suspension of your account.
6. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the updated date.
