3. PERMISSIONS WE REQUEST

To ensure smooth app functionality, we may request the following permissions:

a. SMS Access (Optional)

Used only to auto-read OTPs for login. We do not read any personal messages.

b. Contacts Access (Optional)

Used if you choose to invite others to use the app or submit feedback that references contacts. This is not mandatory for app access.

You can manage or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.

4. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell or rent your data to any third parties. However, we may share limited data with trusted partners only to enable core services:

a. Payment Processing

We use PayU as our secure payment gateway. Relevant data such as your mobile number and transaction ID may be shared to complete purchases. Please refer to PayU's Privacy Policy for further details.

b. Legal Compliance

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Platform or others.

We currently store and process all user data within India. We do not transfer personal data outside the jurisdiction unless explicitly required for service delivery and with proper safeguards in place.
